Job Description
HomeLoanDSA.com is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager – Channel Sales to drive home loan business through DSA, real estate brokers, builders, and referral partners. The role focuses on channel development, relationship management, and volume growth across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Development & Management
Build, manage, and expand a strong network of DSA, real estate brokers, builders, CPs, and referral partners
Onboard new channel partners and drive consistent business volumes
Maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business
Sales & Business Growth
Achieve monthly and quarterly home loan disbursement targets
Drive sales across home loans, balance transfer, LAP, and top-up loans
Promote HomeLoanDSA.com’s lowest ROI, zero processing fee, and fast approval offerings
Bank & Internal Coordination
Coordinate with partner banks for file login, sanction, and disbursement
Ensure timely documentation and compliance as per bank policies
Resolve channel and customer escalations effectively
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track competitor activities and market trends
Submit daily MIS, pipeline updates, and performance reports
Identify new business opportunities within the assigned area
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience & Skills
4+ years of experience in home loans / mortgages / channel sales
Strong existing network of DSA, brokers, builders, and CPs
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
Education
Graduate / MBA (preferred)
