The role involves engaging with prospective clients over calls, understanding their financial requirements, and converting qualified leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided leads Explain home loans and financial products clearly and professionally Generate qualified leads and fix appointments for the sales team Maintain accurate call records and follow-up schedules Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets Ensure excellent customer experience and service quality

Requirements & Qualifications

Eligibility & Skills Female candidates preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales / tele calling (finance or real estate preferred) Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English Persuasive, confident, and target-driven personality Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively
